We Sell
Recycled Pallets
These pallets are available in a wide range of sizes and specifications. All pallets are rigorously examined and repaired to the original specifications using quality recycled lumber. This reconditioning can result in savings of over 50%.

Custom Remanufactured Pallet
These pallets are built with lumber reclaimed from our pallet dismantling operation. This operation dismantles a pallet into its original components and discards the irreparable pieces. The lumber is then cut to size and used to build pallets to your exact specifications. The result is a custom pallet at a substantial cost savings.

Custom Remanufactured Pallet Top
These tops are built with lumber reclaimed from our pallet dismantling operation as well. The lumber is then cut to size and used to build pallet tops to your exact specifications. These tops are then assembled to your specifications.

Recycled Lumber
We reclaim tens of thousands of boards per day in our pallet dismantling operation. This operation uses horizontal band saws to take apart unwanted pallets. Cracked and damaged boards are ground into landscape mulch. This reclaimed lumber is then cut to size and sorted by thickness. This recycled lumber is commonly used by other pallet companies or packaging companies for creating their products.

Heat Treating
Most countries already require the Heat Treatment of wood pallets (see http://www.aphis.usda.gov/ppq/wpm/docket02-032-03.htm) with more countries soon to follow. (ISPM 15) We have a Heat Treatment Chamber on site to comply with this requirement. It is up to each country and trading bloc to decide upon implementation measures, and the indications are that most major trading nations will have regulations based on ISPM 15 in place within the next year.

Pallet Repair Program
This program is aimed at companies that use pallets to ship between their own plants. BTL will spot a trailer for pallet removal and repair the damaged pallets to a spec decided upon by the customer. The pallets are then returned at a price which is considerably less than the original price of the pallet.

Landscape Enviro Mulch
A by product of our pallet business is scrap wood. This wood is ground up using a "state of the art" RotoChopper Grinding Machine. We then color the mulch using environmentally friendly colorants. This process allows us to recycle all scrap wood that we produce. Our customers are pleased to know that all wood removed from their premises is RECYCLED AND NOT LANDFILLED.

We Remove
Scrap Pallets
For customers with multiple semi loads of clean, good conditioned pallets to recycle EVERY month, BTL Pallet will park one of its own rugged, DOT-Certified trailers in your dock full time. These pallets must be in good shape and free of stickers, banding and plastic wrap. Trailers should be loaded neatly and pallets can be stacked 20 high. Each trailer should contain a minimum of 400 pallets. We are looking to recycle pallets that are in good shape. (This program is not for companies who need one-time clean ups of multiple loads of worn out pallets.) Give us a call at (414) 801-8446 or EMAIL Todd Lehman (todd@btlpallet.com) to set up a 5 minute meeting to see if you qualify for this program. Customers are accepted on a case by case basis. Trucking charges may apply.

Wood Waste
We can also remove your wood waste. This is done on a case by case basis. Give us a call at (414) 801-8446 or EMAIL Todd Lehman (todd@btlpallet.com) to set up a 5 minute meeting to see if you qualify for this program.
